This is a crochet mandala made using different rich colors for every round – Wink would love it! From the feel of it I think it might be made from cotton yarn, which Wink would also love. It’s made using her standard 12 round crochet mandala free pattern.

These wonderful crochet Mandalas for Marinke came in a gift package for me that included a variety of things including what you see above – the two mandalas, a beautiful crochet rainbow and some mandala coloring pages.
These two spoke crochet mandalas are both so pretty that I can’t decide which one I like better. I love the variegated blue yarn in the one on the right above but I also love the shades of pink and purple in the one on the left. Both lovely!
These two exquisite crochet mandalas have a pink hue in common that celebrates brightness and pops in such a pretty way. The smaller mandala has a bolder pink that complements the purple and green in that one while the other mandala is rich in pink and white with pops of sunny yellow.
This is a version of Wink’s standard crochet mandala pattern with some great additional variations. There is some surface crochet / embroidery that accents several of the rounds. And there is also terrific short fringe that adds a pop of fun and color.
Maker Kathy says, “My mandala is inspired and based on the Fair Isle Mandala pattern by Sue Pinner of The 8th Gem”. I love the short spokes on this crochet mandala design, and I love the color choices that Kathy made here that gives it a sunny, floral feeling.
Here’s a terrific red, yellow and orange version of Wink’s standard 12 round free crochet mandala pattern. The crafter says, “I love the mandalas that Wink made. The more colors – the better! Makes me smile.”
This is the spoke crochet mandala pattern that Marinke designed. It was contributed anonymously.
This is the Summer Hearts Mandala designed by Wink. She originally designed it in 2013 for Simply Crochet Magazine. This one is from Judy in Canada.
This magical crochet spoke mandala uses a different color for each round, getting brighter and darker as it works its way outwards but ending with pretty lightness in the pink and soft blue. Wonderful!
